Exchanges and Returns

We want you to be in love…    


Swimwear - We want all of our customers to be in love with their Abby Rose swimwear, so are happy to provide exchanges on all full priced purchases returned within 10 days of delivery.    

We do not accept exchanges on any sale, discounted or last chance/season items.   

All pieces must be in original condition with all tags and liners still in place and intact. If we believe this is not satisfactory, we have the right to refuse exchange of the item, which will be returned to you at your own expense.    

Shoes- we are happy to provide exchanges on full prices shoe purchases in new and unworn condition, returned within 10 days of delivery. 

Lingerie- We are happy to provide exchanges on all bras and bralettes, however we do not offer any exchanges on lingerie briefs under any circumstance due to hygiene reasons. 

Jewellery- we do not offer exchanges for any jewellery under any circumstances, please note that all jewellery is very delicate and care instructions that are provided with your order must be followed to prevent any damage. In the event of a faulty product return If we believe the care instructions have not been followed correctly we have the right to refuse any return and your item will be returned to you at your own expense. 

Accessories - We do not offer any exchanges on towels, throws or other accessories. If you have any queries before purchasing please contact us at info@abbyrosebikinis.com 

Sale Items - We do not offer any exchanges on sale items under any circumstance.  

We do not supply postage for any exchange. If you are in Australia you MUST include a pre-paid satchel with your order and this must be addressed to be returned to you. Overseas orders will incur a return shipping fee which will be requested through email via Paypal.      

We are not responsible for any parcels that go missing on return post.    

If the item you are exchanging is sold out before your exchange we will not be held responsible and you will be given a store credit to be used within 4 weeks of the exchange.    

We do not offer refunds under any circumstance.
